Informed Consent
I am a trained IFS Practitioner with 30 years of experience in the mental health field. I am not a licensed therapist, a medical doctor or psychiatrist, I do not give medical adivce, prescribe medication or administer addiction treatment. I will refer you to helping professionals in case of need or request by you.

Commitment to Diversity, Inclusion & Equality
I offer a sliding scale $100-$150.
BIPOC people pay what you can, no scale.
Workshops scholarships for BIPOC people are always available.

Self-Pay Only
50 minute sessions via phone, zoom or in person are due upon the end of the session at the agreed upon fee. Longer sessions can be negotiated, just ask. Payment via Venmo, PayPal or check. I do not accept insurance, but I'm able to provide super bill for your insurance company.

Offerings: 1-to-1 Sessions, Workshops, Retreats
1-to-1: Parts work, psychoeducation about the IFS model, dreamwork, consultation and using somatic and creative modalities to heal.
Workshops and Retreats:
A combination of parts work, mediation and mindfulness practices, creativity (writing, art, movement), tech detox, connection to Self and the group.
