TESTIMONIALS

The workshop was wonderful!

This was a valuable and very enjoyable training loved all of it.

Thank you so much for a wonderful workshop that was engaging, informative, fun and truly a good experience!

I am grateful for having attended this presentation and I'm inspired to learn more about the topic, in part due to the presenters enthusiasm for the practice of IFS.

What did you appreciate most about the facilitator?

Being knowledgeable.
Her transparency and affirming nature.
Her focus on the experiential learning of IFS by making soul collage cards

What is one thing I learned that I will apply to my daily professional practice?
I had never done Soul Collage before and learned about the process.
I learned about the term inner multiplicity reminder that all our parts serve a function.
Using art to represent and process parts work.
A really clear definition of "Self"in IFS.

I will talk more about parts.
I will increase my focus on identifying different parts and acceptance of parts.
I learned how to use an externalization process, especially with clients who may struggle with accessing their parts.
That it's useful to speak to parts directly rather than just talking about them.
